PSA and Real Estate Excise Tax Affadavit (REETA)$2,000 flat fee, including negotiations or site visits up to 4 hours total for properties within 3 miles of our Shoreline office.
Quit Claim Deed (QCD) & REETA$750 flat fee plus King or other County recording fees plus $100 flat fee if firm prepares mailing to County.
**If representing more than 2 parties as buyer or seller (not both), or if the parties are not a married couple, we charge an additional $500 per person.
Tax controversy work includes any work to resolve any notice or dispute with the IRS, Washington Department of Revenue, or other federal or Washington tax authority.

4 hours is average to complete an income tax return. Actual fee is based on time spent.
