We will reduce our hourly rates for clients whose gross annual household income is below 400% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL).
Your gross annual household income includes all income (before expenses) of all the income-earners living in your home. The amount of the fee reduction is shown on this sliding fee schedule.
To qualify for reduced fees under this sliding fee schedule, you must request the fee reduction before services are provided and must provide documentation of your current gross household income. We may adjust this sliding fee schedule from time to time without notice.
The sliding fee schedule is available in the following practice areas:
- Business
- Elder Law
- Estate Planning (Wills & Trusts)
- Probate / Estate Administration
- Trust and Estate Disputes
To find the fee reduction that would apply to you, find the row on this chart in which the number of people in your household appears in the leftmost column. Then, search within that row for the figure that shows your household income. The fee reduction for which you will qualify appears at the top of that column.
Our current hourly billing rates are $327.50 an hour for attorney’s fee, and $165 an hour for paralegal services. Flat fees are listed on our main fees page.
